Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your CREATIV. purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unused and the seal remains unbroken.

Please note that opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Pre-order cancellations can be requested before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
