Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery timescales are provided by Royal Mail and are estimates only. CREATIV. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside of our control.

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Pre-order dispatch dates are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Pre-order customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email when their order has been sent.
