Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel, pause or skip their subscription at any time through their customer account. There are no minimum subscription terms and no cancellation fees.

Cancellations made before your next renewal date will take effect immediately. You will not be charged for any further orders following cancellation.

Please note that orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they meet the criteria outlined in our refund policy.
